This wonderfully light, golden smoothie will make your heart sing. I used very ripe fruits to make it and did not need to add any additional sweetener. In fact, I waited until my bananas got their brown spots.
Ingredients:
- water of 1 young coconut (mine produced almost 2 cups)
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 3 very ripe golden kiwis
- pinch powdered turmeric
- pinch Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 tsp virgin olive oil
- 2-3 ice cubes, optional
- 2 Tbsp dried mulberries for garnish
Method:
- Toss all ingredients, except mulberries, into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into tall glasses and garnish with dried mulberries. Serve right away and enjoy in good company!
