Super Healthy Antioxidant Juice

This is one of my favorite juice recipes! I make this juice as often as I can to protect my body from the free radicals and to add a healthy glow to my skin. As you will see, I added argan oil to the mix. Fat is necessary for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. It plays many vital functions in the body, including brain health and cognition. Keep this in mind.

Argan oil, also called the Moroccan gold, is very rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E and other potent cancer-fighting compounds. Research shows that this oil can help lower lipids in blood, stabilize blood sugar, improve blood circulation, ease inflammation in the body, support the immune system and prevent cancer.

  • 10 carrots
  • 2 blood oranges
  • 1 inch chunk ginger
  • 1/3 cup fresh turmeric root (use more if you like the taste)
  • 1/2 Tbsp cold pressed argan oil (use virgin olive or cold pressed flax oil if you prefer)

  • Pass all solid ingredients through a juicer. Add argan oil. Stir well.
  • Pour juice into glasses, add ice cubes if necessary and enjoy it in good company!
