Ingredients:
- 1 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
- freshly pressed juice of 4-5 oranges
- 2 cups ripe strawberries (preferably fresh)
- 1 Tbsp cold pressed flax seed oil
- pinch pink Himalaya salt
- 1/3 cup raw protein powder for extra nutrition (optional)
- 2-3 ice cubes (skip if you are using frozen berries)
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If necessary add some more fresh orange juice.
- Pour smoothie into tall glasses and enjoy in good company!
