In the Northern hemisphere September 21st marks the end of Summer. To celebrate this day I made a very rich blueberry smoothie. I wish I had wild blueberries at hand! Maybe you are more lucky than me...

Ingredients:
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 scoop green superfoods powder
- pinch pink Himalayan salt
- 1 Tbsp flax oil
- 2 cups coconut water
- handful of ice cubes - optional
- Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary. Adjust the taste to your personal liking.
- Pour the smoothie into nice glasses and enjoy in good company!
