Testing a recipe I saw on another website...
Ingredients:
- 1 pound raw pumpkin cut into small chunks
- 1 1/2 cups of rice or nut milk
- 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon of grated raw ginger
- pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You may want to add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into nice glasses and enjoy in good company!
