Raw Pumpkin Smoothie

Testing a recipe I saw on another website...


Ingredients:
  • 1 pound raw pumpkin cut into small chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups of rice or nut milk
  • 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of grated raw ginger 
  • pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Method:
  • Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You may want to add a few ice cubes and blend again. 
  • Pour the smoothie into nice glasses and enjoy in good company!
