Healthy Christmas Smoothie

I hope this post finds you in high spirits and a very good health. With at least one war ending humanity's dream of Peace on Earth came closer to realization. 


Christmas is a perfect time for self-reflection. If all of us were able to calm our minds and find peace in our hearts, the world could become a very different place. It takes some doze of courage to end the narcissistic navel-gazing and the puerile obsession with the "self." The shift in consciousness is necessary if we truly want to live in a better world. Nutrition is a good place to start. Keep in mind that organic produce and conscious eating can help you rise your energetic vibration.

~ Christmas Smoothie ~

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups freshly made almond milk (remember to soak the almonds over night) 
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 Tbsp medicinal mushrooms (I used wonderful 10 Mushroom Mix)
  • 1 Tbsp raw Manuka honey
  • 1 Tbsp mixed warming gingerbread spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, allspice, nutmeg, and ginger)
  • pinch pink Himalayan salt
  • fresh mint leaves and pomegranate arils for garnish

Method:
  • Place all the smoothie ingredients in the bowl of you blender and whiz until smooth. 
  • Pour smoothie to tall glasses and garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate arils. Enjoy in good company!
