Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes (optional)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- pinch of Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 cup freshly filtered water
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a thick, but creamy consistency. Enjoy in good company as a dip or on raw crackers.
