Cucumber Mint Honeydew Detox Smoothie

Here is an easy detox recipe. This light, refreshing smoothie will cool your system and help detoxify your body. The ingredients are available whole year round. Use organic ingredients whenever you can.



Ingredients: 
  • 1 English cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped 
  • 1/2 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and chopped 
  • 1 large, ripe pear 
  • 1 scoop of green superfoods
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice 
  • 1/2 cup purified water or coconut water
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • pinch Celtic sea salt
  • handful of ice cubes
Method:

Place all ingredients in an blender and blend until smooth. You may want to adjust the amount of liquid according to your personal taste. Enjoy in good company!
