The dose of fiber in peaches acts as a gentle laxative, aids digestion, and may also help combat cancer. The fruit is rich in cancer-fighting beta carotene, as well as the immune system boosting vitamin C, which also protects against heart disease. Rich in iron and potassium, peaches help ensure proper functioning of cells, the balance of fluid and electrolytes in the body, and nerve signaling. - 2 cups fresh or frozen organic peaches
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cup organic coconut milk
- 2 scoops raw protein powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/8 tsp hot chili flakes
- 1 tsp organic coconut sugar (optional)
- pinch pink Himalaya salt to enhance the taste
- 4-6 ice cubes if you are using fresh fruit
